Since 2012, Gatecrash has been organizing tours for musicians that want to promote their music and develop an audience base in India. Gatecrash has a great network across the country which it taps into to curate a customized tour as per the artist’s needs.
As a part of our tour management services, we enable end to end production & execution of a multi-city tour in India and ensure the coordination between musicians, institutions and promoters.
We work with musicians on tour planning, securing funding, budgeting, logistics support, PR & marketing services, collaborations with local artists & music education workshops. Some of the artists that we have organized tours for in India are Erik Truffaz, Kefaya, EYM trio, Hely, Alex Stuart, Amine & Hamza, Bhrigu Sahni, Hyleen, Malcolm Braff and Nik Bartsch’s Ronin.
We collaborate with cultural institutions, music export offices & embassies such as Alliance française, Goethe Institut, Pro Helvetia Swiss Arts Council, Institut français, The British Council, Concerts Norway, Luxembourg Export Office, Wales Arts International, Istituto Italiano Di Cultura and many more.
Additionally, we have built a strong network of promoters in India whom we work with such as venues, festivals, booking agents, event management companies, music schools and NGOs, media and music distribution companies to enable a holistic tour.
